We are seeking FREELANCE Instructors and skilled communicators with significant experience of teaching impactful ONLINE Executive Education Programmes - using online software (e.g. zoom, etc). This is an exciting and huge opportunity to bring your skills and experience to the UK’s fast-growing premier training provider headquartered in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom and help transform today’s managers into future leaders.

About You:

You will be responsible for:

1)      Designing your training materials (e.g. PowerPoint).

2)      Developing, and

3)      Delivering professional, high-quality Executive Education informed by your professional expertise.

Your passion for knowledge, education, and the mental transformation of others through teaching will inspire future leaders to enhance their skills and knowledge to achieve their natural potential.

Your Experience and Skillset:

  1. You must be a Management Professional, with a minimum of 5 years of middle-to-senior Level experience (essential).

  2. Experience in delivering Leadership & Management Courses is extremely desirable.

Responsibilities:

You will be passionate to design, develop and teach at least TWO of the following FOUR Leadership & Management Courses:

  1. Emotional Intelligence and Strategic leadership.

  2. People management.

  3. Corporate Leadership: Motivate, Inspire, and Lead.

  4. .Strategic Thinking and Corporate Decision making

To be a more effective presenter, it is useful to examine your present skills to increase your competence. You must be a good communicator. You will be responsible for evaluating participants’ initial reactions to our programmes through feedback, analysing instructors' teaching methodologies, participants' engagement and behaviours, as well as the comfort of venues, using evaluation sheets, interviews, questionnaires and participant comments throughout the programme.

To be successful in this role, successful applicants will have a good honours degree:

  1. Masters Degree.

  2. Executive MBA,

  3. PhD in Business Administration, or

  4. PhD in Management.

You will be professional and approachable as you engage with participants. You will be innovative and passionate about contributing, developing, and delivering interactive teaching experiences.

You will possess a high degree of accuracy, initiative, efficiency, and attention to detail, as well as Trustworthiness and Accountability.

Essential skills for this job include:

Excellent presentation, good communication skills, teamwork skills, ability to work to deadlines within short notice, and flexibility and willingness to travel to clients’ venues. Therefore, a fully clean UK driving licence is required.

Interviews:

Venue: Glasgow, Scotland

Duration: The face-to-face Interviews will last for one hour as described below:

  • 45 minutes presentation (PowerPoint) on a topic to be assigned; and

  • a 15-minute oral interview.

Salary. Starting from £18:00 an hour, based on experience and qualification.

Teaching Hours: 09:00 -16:30
